Yes. All first-time cleanings are deep cleans by default. This allows us to reset your space to a high standard, making future cleanings easier and more effective.
Once we’ve done the deep clean, recurring cleanings focus on upkeep:
Bathrooms and kitchen wiped and sanitized
Surfaces dusted
Beds made
Floors vacuumed/mopped
Trash taken out (Additional areas by request.)
We clean your home top to bottom, including:
Inside cabinets and drawers
Inside fridge and oven
Baseboards and floors

Just call or text us! We make scheduling easy and flexible. You can also book directly on our website or social media pages.
No long-term contracts. You can book one-time or recurring cleanings without commitment. For recurring services, we do ask for a simple agreement so we can serve you consistently.
We work with kind, experienced, and reliable independent cleaning professionals. They’re background-checked and trained in our high standards.
If you find someone you love, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate recurring pairings when possible.
Nope! We come fully equipped with eco-friendly supplies. If you have preferred products or tools, we’re happy to use them.
We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Clean Kind Client Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Clean Kind (“Company”), a residential and commercial cleaning service located in Tucson, AZ, and the undersigned client (“Client”). By booking and using our services, Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Clean Kind will provide cleaning services as outlined during the booking process. These may include:

One-time deep cleans

Recurring maintenance cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly)

Move-out or move-in cleans

Commercial property cleaning
Add-on services (e.g., inside fridge, oven, windows) must be requested in advance.
2. First-Time Cleanings
All first-time cleanings are considered deep cleans to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and a strong foundation for recurring service. This applies even if the client has recently cleaned or had professional service.
3. Payments & Tips

All payments are due online prior to or at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Our cleaners are allowed to accept tips. 100% of all tips go directly to the cleaner.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

A fee of $40 may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.

We understand emergencies happen, and we strive to be flexible within reason.
5. Access to Property
Client agrees to provide access to the home or business at the scheduled time. If cleaners are unable to enter the property, a lockout fee of $40 may be charged.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right with a complimentary re-clean of the missed areas.
7. Valuables and Liability

Please secure valuables, breakables, and fragile items.

Clean Kind is insured, and we will address any damages directly caused by our cleaners, if reported within 24 hours.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, improper installations, or normal wear and tear.
8. Pets
We love animals! However, please inform us ahead of time if pets are present, and secure them as needed for the safety of our cleaners and your pets.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Clean Kind reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is harassment or mistreatment of our cleaners.
10. Agreement Changes
This agreement is subject to updates. Clients will be notified in writing of any material changes. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to updated terms.
By scheduling a cleaning, the Client agrees to these terms.
